Is your overseas home properly protected? As an owner of a home overseas, you already understand the importance of protecting your valuable asset. Until now it has been hard to find an insurer who provides comprehensive protection combined with a flexibility that covers all eventualities - but that has now changed. Introducing Intasure I am delighted to tell you that we have found an insurance provider that specialises in providing comprehensive and flexible cover, against all eventualities, for holiday homes in The UK & Overseas. The provider is Intasure and their exceptional product is very flexible and designed specifically to meet your needs. Whether your home is occupied or unoccupied or let short or long term, Intasure policies are ideal for second homes in The UK and the owners of property abroad. Every policy is underwritten by Lloyds of London and offers a host of benefits, but one of the key advantages is the UK-based English speaking team that resolves any problems that may arise. In addition, all policy documentation is written in English - so you know exactly what you are getting. Wider cover for your protection Intasure’s cost effective policies provide far wider cover than most standard European policies. They also cover your specific property, unlike Local Community Insurance which can be deceptive. Add £5 million worth of essential public liability cover, which is important for anyone who lets their property - particularly with our trend toward litigation - and you have truly comprehensive cover at a very competitive price. Immediate protection available you can request a no obligation quote online at http://www.intasure.com/?introducer=701013 or by clicking on the intasure logo on our website, www.lionpropertyservices.com

Dear owners of apartments in Green Fort, My name is Kalin, I'm working in the Rentals Department of Fort Noks Ltd. As you may know, in 2008 Fort Noks Ltd. developed a rental program, dedicated especially to the owners of apartments in the complexes built by our company. The results we have achieved encourage us to continue with this service also in 2009. We intent to expand the variety and quality of the offered holiday vacations by renting also apartments in Green Fort. Our company doesn't charge initial or yearly fees in regards to the rentals (the monthly maintaining of the apartments – seasonal and off-season, is made by us free of charge). Fort Noks fully covers the expenses for marketing the property, cleaning, laundry, 24 h reception, tour operator's commission, electricity and water during the seasonal renting of the apartment. The rental income is being paid to the owner of the apartment in the end of the season - October. If you are interested in our proposal, please do not hesitate to contact us - kalin@fortnoks.org, h.hristov@fortnoks.org . Regards, Kalin Anastasov Fort Noks Ltd.

Hi All I'll get straight to the point. My Parents are thinking of going to Bulgaria for a week in early July and as my sisters and her family are using my apartment they will need a place to stay. I think were all in the same boat so we can help each other out now and again .So if anyone has a place available (bear in mind its only my parents) and would like to earn some cash please let me know. Rgds John

Hope this is of use. The website www.discoversunnybeach.com has information on and around Sunny Beach/Green Fort.

In reply to your query about Boris Shopov I have found him to be absolutely unreliable and unbusinesslike in all aspects. I paid him in advance 3,800 for furniture package. Months later he had not delivered, and then he delivered sub standard package. Once he receives payment he will not be available to answer phone or email. My friend checked the apartment and informed me it had not been furnished. My difficulty with him remains unresolved however I will visit there soon. I have informed Greenfort Management that no one has to enter the premises without my consent by email and confirmation by phone. Peter.

Hello Brendan
Unfortunately many of us owners are in the same boat as you, finding it difficult to get clients to rent our apartments. The agent who sold us ours promised to help in this respect but has done nothing. We have made several attempts in other areas, such as advertising through agents on the internet but to no avail.
As to the furniture, we had no problems, Fort Noks arranged it for us as part of the sale.
Right now I don't know of anyone who wants an apartment but will bear it in mind.
We are thinking of going out there late June.

The purpose of this forum is to provide a message/discussion area for Green Fort apartment owners. It should cover such topics as transport, maintenance, holiday suggestions and all the things we forget to talk about when we meet at Green Fort. For example: we know of a really good transit service which we have put under the 'Transport' topic. Feel free to add your own suggestions.

Hi to all Green Fort owners. Just got back from Green fort on Sunday the 18 th of september. The complex is really looking beautiful..but talking to some of the apartment owners and holiday makers who are renting our apartment expressed concern with the bar and restaurant being closed as from the 6th of september. There was a shortage of sunbeds as well due to the management deciding to remove them. I had been there about 5 days when i was stopped by the security who after a heated conversation eventually decided to allow me into the complex. According to the management they are now pushing for the magnetic security card, this will cost us all 50 lev each to access our own apartments ???.
