I also have a studio apartment (unfurnished)on ground floor level beside the pool for sale. I would really appreciate it, if you could pass on the above to anyone interested.

A 1 bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor both in excellent condition and furnished to high standard. I was told that the market for resale is "dead in the water" and will be until the land for new developmenta is all built on ... i was repeatedly told 5 years time would be the best time to sell. anybody know anyone who would like a resale apartment at a discount?
